Post Observation Conferences

Post observation conferences went well! It was interesting to see teachers reflect on their lesson. I noticed that they really wanted to talk about how it went and what they would have done differently. I learned a lot from the experience as well. I was able to observe teachers in their element and reflect on my own practices. I strongly encourage teachers to observe each other in their element and reflet on their own practices! LET Flip video and Data Collection

I have just recently completed my data collection for the LET program. As I used the data collection tool more frequently, it became easier to use. I found that I did not have to keep referring to the key at the bottom to verify the characteristic. The data collection tool is very effective and provides an opportunity for the teacher to reflect on his/her teaching. I am in the process of completing my post dialogue video with the cooperating teachers using the Flip video recorder.
