Post Observation Conferences

Post observation conferences went well! It was interesting to see teachers reflect on their lesson. I noticed that they really wanted to talk about how it went and what they would have done differently. I learned a lot from the experience as well. I was able to observe teachers in their element and reflect on my own practices. I strongly encourage teachers to observe each other in their element and reflet on their own practices!
